Complete end-to-end technical project management
- Manage the overall technical scope of the new production from start to finish. Co-ordination between designers, creatives, production and onboard staff to ensure the show is successfully installed on time and within budget.
- Point of contact for any technical or design requirements. Gather all technical information from producers, designers, creatives and technical departments.
- On-site direction and coordination of all technical teams during installation process onboard.
- Forecast technical budget to submit for approval. Seeks cost saving and efficiencies within budget. Review set design and plots with managers, designers and creatives to find best solution for all involved.
- Oversee shop build of set, sound, lights, video and props involved.
- Complete site visits to resolve technical issues and ensure the build is completed in a timely manner.
- Schedule all aspects of the install process and onboard building with vendors, designer and technical teams and crew.
- Prepare and co-ordinate all logistical aspects of the shop build and install of show set, audio, lighting and video.
